Responsibilities You'll Love:
As an Agent Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of our customer-centric approach, providing exceptional service and guidance to our clients. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Building Lasting Relationships: Connect with customers on a personal level, establishing trust and rapport while understanding their unique needs.
- Educating and Advising: Use a consultative approach to educate customers about insurance options, ensuring they have the coverage that meets their specific requirements.
- Driving Growth: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify opportunities to promote our products and services, making a positive impact on our business and the lives of our customers.
Qualifications We're Looking For:

- Current Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License: Must have.
- Prior State Farm / insurance experience: Preferred, but not required.
- Documented Sales Success: Must have.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Fresno, CA.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2006.
- I am a proud graduate of Bullard High School and St. Mary's College.
- We have 30+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
